The Institute for
Wisconsin's Future produces and distributes research reports
and other materials on key state policy issues to inform the public
on critical issues. Since its inception, IWF has released over 30
reports on a wide variety of topics, including tax policy, prevailing
wage laws, privatization, school finance, affordable housing, school
choice, welfare reform, and low wage workers. Summaries of reports
are often available. IWF also publishes issue-based briefs, community
education videos, and information brochures.
Publications are organized into four main areas (to the right).
Most publications are available online in PDF or HTML. PDF requires
Adobe Reader. Download
Adobe Reader for free.
Publications can also be ordered. Costs vary depending on availability.
Many are free, and some may incur a small fee for production and
